I hate to sweat, but I’m determined to win the battle of the bulge. I needed to get in some cardio and I love the treadmill. I spent a total of 45mins on the machine and burned 390 calories. I’m still doing The Fitness by JC Program because it’s what has helped me to lose weight. I haven’t made a video of me getting on the scale recently, but the last time I checked I’m 230lbs. I want to be out of the 200’s by the end of summer. I know I can do it.
