In this video, I talk about my weight loss journey up into today. I tried not to make the video too long, so I hit all of the most important topics that have helped me loss weight over the years. As I stated in this video, I have mastered how to maintain my weight. It is very easy to do all you need to do is work out consistently. However, if you want to see results with the scale then you must change your diet or eating habits. I am not a physical training by any means, but these are tips that have helped me loose weight throughout the years.

I was a athlete in high school and was very active all of my childhood. I forgot to mention that my husband and I play basketball one on one for many years. I enjoy working out and it has become part of my lifestyle.

What has been working for me? Eating clean that is fruits and veggies and lean meats. I prefer the high raw food diet because I feel my best with mental clarity, high energy, and better sleep habits, when I am on the high raw food diet. I like to go in and out of the vegan/vegatarian world because of the health benefits. I spent a year juicing and learning about the benefits of eating clean. I also lost 30 pounds when I ate a high raw food diet for one month. I will be going back to this diet/lifestyle very soon, and I plan to vlog it when I do so.
