Hey my Sameeritans! Its day 6 of my 20 lbs weight loss journey, and today I got to pick what workout I wanted to do. So since I had so much fun doing this workout back when I was in college, I decided to do step aerobics to burn those calories and lose some weight! This weight loss journey has been difficult to stick to since my body isnt used to working out anymore, but its been worth pushing through the pain and negative thoughts about quitting. I feel such a difference in my body and my overall mood! Its the last day of week 1, so I definitely wanted to share my results with you guys as well. Hope you all enjoy the video.
