Rule & Regulations

1. You need to start the challenge from Day 1 as per the mentioned set as the intensity will increase each week.

2. If you skip a day in between, you have to start with the previous day workout. For eg: If you miss Day 4, then you have to start again with Day 3 workout & Repeat X 2 sets.

3. You have to eat healthy and nutritional food with portion control when you are doing this challenge, for better impact
