1 Cup of your choice of milk alternative (dairy free)
1 Cup of frozen berries of your choice
Handful of frozen avocado
Handful of frozen or fresh greens of your choice
Squirt of Organic MCT Oil (Sports Research from Amazon)
Scoop of Collagen Peptides (Sports Research from Amazon)
Keep water on hand to add for desired consistency
Blend and Enjoy its great for breakfast or any meal replacement
