INGREDIENTS ( SERVES for 1 Person )
-1 cup of Milk (Cow’s Milk/Coconut Milk/Almond Milk/Soy Milk)
-1 Banana
-2 to 3 Tbsp of Handrolled/Instant Oats
-1 Tbsp Peanut Butter or 3-4 Almonds
-1 Pinch of Cinnamon
