INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 avocado
2-4 dates
3 tbsp soaked oats rolled oats / quick cooking
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
10 soaked almonds,skin off
handful of spinach
1 cup skimmed milk/almond milk/whole milk/soy milk of your choice

Blend everything together and serve .
