INGREDIENTS:-

FOR DRY FRUIT BANANA SMOOTHIE:-
5 dates / kajur, seedless
5 badam / almonds
1 tsp Raisins (kishmish)
5 Cashew (kaju)
5 Pistachios (Pista)
1 ripened banana, sliced
3 tbsp warm water, to soak
1 tbsp honey
1 cup cold milk

FOR CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE:-
1 ripened banana, sliced
2 tbsp cocoa powder, unsweetened
1 tbsp honey
1 cup cold milk
1 tsp vanilla extract / essence

INSTRUCTIONS:-

DRY FRUIT BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
firstly, in a small bowl soak 5 each dates, badam, cashew, pistachios and 1 tsp dry grapes.
after soaking dry fruits for 15-30 mins in warm water, transfer to blender.
also add 1 ripened banana, 1 tbsp honey and 1 cup cold milk.
blend smooth making sure dry fruits and blended well.
finally, pour dry fruit banana smoothie in a serving jar and serve.

CHOCOLATE BANANA SMOOTHIE RECIPE:
firstly, in a blender take 1 ripened banana.
also add 1 tbsp honey, 2 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tsp vanilla extract and 1 cup cold milk.
blend smooth making sure bananas and blended well.
finally, pour chocolate banana smoothie in a serving jar and serve.
