Banana Avocado Smoothie is a very healthy & simple drink that can be prepared in minutes.
Avocados are packed with healthy fats & dietary fibre that help you stay full longer.
In this recipe I have used full fat milk (whole milk) as we drink it for breakfast, basically as a meal replacement. It can also be replaced with low fat milk or skimmed milk.
I have used dates and honey for sweetness. You can also use maple syrup instead of honey.
This smoothie being loaded with nutrition makes a good snack for kids. For children below 1 year of age kindly avoid honey.
Top it up with your favourite nuts or seeds & enjoy 😊
