Berry smoothie:

Healthy breakfast smoothie recipe prepared with berries and banana.

Ripe Banana = 2
Black berry = 1/4 cup
Blue berry = 1/4 cup
Raspberry = 1/4 cup
Milk = 1cup
Yogurt (Curd) = 1/2 cup
Chia seed = 1Tbsp
Honey = 1tsp
Flavour (optional) – Vanilla , cinnamon etc
