Crock Pot Potato Soup:
30 oz Shredded hash brown potatoes
5 1/4 cups chicken broth
10 oz low fat Cream of chicken condensed soup
1⁄2 cup Uncooked onion, chopped
8 oz Philadelphia Cream Cheese, 1/3 Less Fat
Pepper to taste
Add all ingredients except for cream cheese to crock pot and stir. Nestle cream cheese in soup. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
