Prep time- 5 min


Instant oats- 1/2 C
Milk- 3/4 c
Yogurt -4 tbsp
Chia seed- 3tsp
Honey-1 to 2 tbsp


Banana chopped – 2 small
Dates chopped – 2 nos
Almonds chopped – 7 nos

*We can use any fruit like apple, mango, pineapple, kiwi, berries as toppings
And we can also add peanut butter, nutella, chocolate chips, varieties of nuts….
Instead of honey/maple syrup we can add more dates or raisins….
For flavor we can add cinnamon powder, vanilla essence, desiccated coconut
