Take 2 cups oats put water and keep it on side for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
After 15 minutes add 2 tablespoon gram flour/besan.
Add vegetables
1 teaspoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
Salt as per taste
Green chilli as per taste
1/2 teaspoon garam masala
Heat a pan or tava
Put 1 tablespoon oil on the pan and put oats mixture onthe pan on medium flame after 2 to 3 minutes turn the chilla and serve hot chilla with raita green chutney
