Salads are always good healthy choices of foods. Greens and fresh vegetables are always good for health. Have vegetables salad at least once in 2 days, to give your body the required fibers. Eating fiber rich food enables your body to absorb the nutrients.

As always when I was about to make salad for the day, I thought why not try it with some shredded boiled chicken as I had some at home. If you are regular reader of my blogs, by now you might have understood about my interest in weight loss.
