I absolutely love this tea, and it has been a substitute to my normal green tea! It doesn’t dehydrate me, so therefore it reduces any bloating! Many of you were asking me how it tastes, and I can compare it to green tea with ginger flavor. Also, if it is a bit strong, I would suggest adding more water and letting it steep for a smaller amount of time! I love drinking this in the morning with a large cup of water before breakfast, and sometimes I’ll drink it before or after dinner. It really is a great substitute for sweet juice or soda!
