Here’s another weight loss recipe to guide you through a healthier living; Garlic & Chilli Zucchini Pasta! Why is this recipe so light and low in calories? Because 100g of whole-wheat pasta has 124Cals, whereas 100g of Zucchini only has 17Cals!

1) 2 medium Zucchinis
2) 2 Garlic cloves
3) ½ cup fresh Basil Leaves
4) 2 tsp. Olive Oil
5) Juice from ½ Lemon
6) Salt & Pepper, to taste
7) 1 pinch Red Chilli Flakes
8) 10 Shrimps
9) 4 pieces Ham / Chicken Rolls
10) A handful of Cherry Tomatoes
11) 1 tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
