I am inching closer to my weight goal Number 1!

I was in such an excited rush to do this spontaneous video review…that I forgot that I had one item in my oven that was a part of my breakfast =)

Juice ingredients…

2 apples
1 pear
1 med-large beet
bundle of kale
3 radish
1 cucumber
1 small piece of ginger
1 large red pepper
1 handful of celery
1 handful of asparagus
4 large carrots

yields more than 7 cups

The breakfast bowl was a serving of orzo, collard greens, and about 1.5 oz of chicken breast cut up (seasoned lightly with sea salt, Mrs. Dash garlic and herb, and cayenne pepper). The butternut squash was seasoned with a pinch of sea salt, and cayenne pepper.

Current weight is 190.9 Lbs
