Meal prep is so key! If I don’t meal prep, its the fastest way to get me to order out, which isn’t the best option for 2 reasons: Wasting money & eating all the wrong things!
Some days I don’t eat enough, or just eat the wrong things. Juicing is such an easy way for me to get the right amount of vitamins & nutrients in my body. The fruits and vegetables I used collectively promotes hair growth, strong nails, healthy skin, sight, helps digestion, weight loss, and much more!
Green Juice- Celery, Apple, Kale, Lemon, Ginger, & Aloe Vera Water
Orange Juice- Carrot, Orange, Ginger
