My 5 days juice challenge while breastfeeding video link

Here my two favourite smoothies:
1.
    a handful of kale
    1 banana
    1/2 cucumber
    1 tbsp of peanut butter
    1 tsp of chia seed
    1/2 cup of oat
    1 cup of no dairy milk of your choice (soya and oat are my personal favourite)

2.
    1/2 cup of cooked lentils
    1/2 avocado
    1 handful of spinach
    1/3 of a cucumber
    1 cup of water
    1 tsp of flax seeds
    sea salt crystal
    a couple of slices of beetroot
