Hi Everyone,
Wow I was so excited and loud at the beginning of this video that Iā€™m borderline embarrassed lol but not enough to stop making more videos. So apologies for the volume šŸ˜¬šŸ¤·šŸ½ā€ā™€ļø. But anyhoooo…
For those of you who dont know, last week I set out on a mini quest to figure out if juicing would work for me. I juiced and smoothied lol for 7 days.

1.I substituted one meal and 2 snacks per day
2.Kept the exercise and training exactly the same.
3.I only used 3 types of juices in this experiment.
4. I could eat normal food outside of the one meal and 2 snacks
5.I did this over a very short period of time that being 7 days (If youd like to see DAY 1 and my goals. Check out this video link)

and here were the RESULTS

start weight: 63.8
finish weight: 62.8
weight loss: 1.0kg or 2.2lbs
I took 16 seconds off my 2.4 km running time in case any one is after weight loss to run faster
I DID NOT lose any strength
I DID NOT miss any meals

Now this may seem like a very small amount but it is actually on the ambitious end of weight loss for a person my height and weight. usually a healthy steady weight loss would be about a pound a week.

1 large Beetroot (not from a can) FRESH
1 red apple
2 large carrots
1 small plum
Method: Just Juice that bad boy

Remember this juice was perfect for me and worked best for me. I hope it works for you too.
