Thank you guys so much for watching this video. It is a great recipe for someone who has been having breakouts such as pimples or acne, trying to lose weight and always feeling sick or tired.
It’s also essential that we take note of some of the symptoms that manifest on our bodies and start taking action immediately.
Ingredients:
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
Two parsley sticks
A piece of ginger
1/2 cup of warm water
Wash and cut all ingredients , put in a blender, add the glass of water and blend. Use a strainer to strain the mixture.
Take a glass of this juice first thing in the morning in an empty stomach for 7 days.
