It’s a fact that most people get sick of protein shakes pretty easily. By adding ice and Xantham Gum, the game entirely changes.
I love these for getting my protein in, and they taste like the closest thing you’ll get to milkshakes.. on a limited calorie intake diet.

These can be made vegan if you sub the protein powder for a vegan alternative 🙂

Double Chocolate Shake:
– 32g Chocolate Protein Powder (I use Nutritech Vegan Dutch Cho)
– 1 tsp Cocoa Powder
– 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 2 handfulls of ice
– 1/8 tsp Xantham Gum

28g Protein, 4g Carb, 5g Fat

Spiced Vanilla Shake`;
– 32g Vanilla Protein Powder (I used Evox Synergy Pro)
– 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
– 1/8 tsp All Spice
– 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk
– 1/3 Cup oats
– Ice
– 1/8 tsp Xantham Gum

33g Protein, 36g Carbs, 8g Fat
