Bored of having the same shake day after day? Then try my creative high protein vegan ginger shake for a definite flavour change! Depending on your taste, you can add more or less ginger. I like more, just means more blending since I leave the skin on everything to add more nutrients & fiber! If you don’t like ginger, try fresh mint instead as a flavour enhancer! To make the same shake as what I made here, combine following ingredients:
4 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
3 scoops vanilla vegan protein powder
3 tbsp hemp hearts
3 tbsp ground flax seeds
3 golden kiwis
3 nectarines, pit removed
1 large Asian pear
2-3 cups of fresh spinach
fresh ginger, 2-3 inches
