I have been a stay at home mom now for 10 years, and it is difficult to always be home and maintain a healthy weight. I’ve also had 4 children and gained 167 lbs while pregnant! Through this I have learned how to have some healthy habits to lose weight, and maintain my weight. This video includes 9 things I’ve learned that have worked for me over the years. Being thin is certainly not the most important thing, however it can be very discouraging if you’re trying to be/stay at a healthy weight and struggling, This video is in the hopes that it can help someone else.
