Recipe of Masala Oats.

INGREDIENTS:

Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
Boneless chicken 200gms
Onion 1 (chopped)
Tomato 1 (chopped)
Carrot 1 (chopped)
Capsicum 1 (chopped)
Peas 1/2 cup (boiled)
Oats 1 cup
Chicken stock 3 cups

SPICES:

Black pepper 1/2 teaspoon
Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 teaspoon

METHOD:

Take 1 tablespoon oil in a pan.Add cumin seeds and ginger garlic paste and simmer for a while.Then add the boneless chicken and cook until the chicken is half cooked.
Add veggies and cook for 10-15 minutes.(You can also add veggies of your own choice).
Now add the spices and mix it well.Lastly add oats and chicken stock and cook until it thickens.
Your delicious masala oats are ready.😋😊
Serve with fresh juice.🍹
