This is a home-made green tea recipe.This tea recipe will keep you healthy and help in weight loss


1. Grated ginger-1 tbsp
2. Ajwain-12-1 tbsp
3. Cinnamon Power- a pinch
4.Lemon juice-1 tbsp
5.Honey-1/2 tbsp
6. Tulsi Leaves
7. Water- 1/2 cup

How to make:

1. Add water,tulsi,ajwain and ginger in a pan and cook till water comes down to half
2. Now remove the tea and strain
3. Add cinnamon powder and honey and drink hot (morning and evening)
