– Hello Friends. Have you also been confused about how many calories you consume in a meal? If yes, this is THE VIDEO to watch. Here’s an easy to find out your calorie intake per meal when you are on a Fat loss or Muscle gain program:
✓ Now, first of all you must know that each of the below has calories in it. Protein has 4 calories in it. Carbohydrates have 4 calories, Fat has 9 calories, and Alcohol has 7 calories.
Now we will take a small example to understand:
– Say you take 2 egg white (6g protein), 4 almonds (2g fat) and 1 brown bread (8g carbs) in your breakfast.
– Now how do we know what is the amount of calories in this meal-
It is calculated as-
Protein has 4 calories in it and egg white has 6g protein so we multiply the two together which is 6*4=24 cal
Now we know that Fat has 9 calories and 4 almonds have 2g fat so we again multiply the two which is 9*2=18 Cal.
Again, we know carbs contain 4g calories and a piece of brown bread contains 8g carbs so we multiply the two which is 4*8=32 Cal.
Add all 3 together. Total comes out as 74 Cal.
So, here is a simple answer to your confusion. That in your Breakfast you consumed 74 calories.
Now you can easily find out the number of calories you are consuming in each meal and as per your goal you can make adjustments and alterations.
