Total Body Workout with cardio and weight training for My Weight Loss Journey

I am not trying to be an expert, I’m just a person doing my best to stay motivated and better my quality of life with as much help as I can get.

This is a continuation and a outlook of my workout routine. I’m only a beginner now but with determination and perseverance I will obtain the weight loss I’m seeking. I’ve been doing a lot of reading and research on nutrition and proper exercise methods, that’s how I stay motivated and can continue on with my eye on the prize. I will be doing more workout video’s and weight loss methods in the month of December, so I hope you enjoy.
