Smoothie 1 – 1 large banana ? or two small ones. One and a half to three table spoons of oats depending in desired thickness, a tsp of honey, 1-3 tsp of chia, honey, 1-2 tsp of flaxseed, 1 tsp cocoa or organic dark chocolate powder and enough coconut and almond milk to cover ingredients

Smoothie 2 – cup of mango, cup of pineapple, 3 tsp almond powder, 1-3 spirulina, Chia and flax seed 1-3 tsp optional,half cup juice, spinach 1-1.5 cups too with water
