Weight loss diet plan – how to control your fatness with healthy homemade diet plan

Use this healthy weight loss diet plan on daily basis to control your fatness easily.

BREAKFAST:
To control your fatness take a boil egg in breakfast, you can also take a cup of sugarless tea.

Lunch:
Use vegetable salad in your lunch. You can make it by adding a cucumber, some boil gram or beans, some mutton or chicken, cabbage, a spoon of olive oil, two drops of vinegar, black pepper and salt. Use this salad daily in your lunch.

Dinner:
In dinner eat just half bread with meal. Dont use junk foods. To follow this diet plan you can control your fatness.
